I spent my career running operations — routes, crews, customers, and the daily paperwork that eats evenings — before I started building the tools I wished those businesses had. PAIrish.ai is that work: practical AI, explained in plain English, built around how a real business actually runs.
Where I come from
I started in hands-on, detail-driven work — quality inspection, then route driving and route sales — and learned early that a business lives or dies on whether its daily work actually gets done, on time, without things falling through the cracks. From there I moved into sales and training, and then into operations leadership, where I led multi-site operations with dozens of direct reports, built safer and more efficient routes, and put workflow systems in place so dispatch, scheduling, and follow-up stopped depending on memory and sticky notes.
That is the lens I bring to PAIrish.ai. I am not selling software for its own sake. I am looking for the hidden value in a business: the missed calls, the slow quotes, the hours spent re-entering the same information, the products that sell well but pay poorly per hour. Find those first, fix those first, and the technology earns its place.
I hold an MBA (University of Phoenix, 2013) and a BA in Business Management (University of Phoenix, 2011). More useful than the degrees, for the businesses I work with, is that I have done the routes, trained the crews, run the sites, and sat in the chair where a missed job or a bad week actually hurts.

Outside of work, I am based in Truman with my family and stay involved in the local community, including youth hockey in Fairmont. That local grounding is not a slogan for PAIrish.ai — it is why the business starts with Minnesota growers, makers, contractors, and shops, and why I will travel or meet online when the value is right.
