Free tool — all math runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere. New in v2: (1) owner-hour and total-hour profit views side by side, (2) the mixed-bouquet hybrid rule, (3) an unsold-flowers choice for every row, (4) export/import of your inputs, and (5) a printable summary naming the best earner by each measure.
Facets rules: Net profit = revenue − direct costs − channel costs allocated by revenue share. Profit per hour = net profit ÷ hours (owner hours, or total hours, as labelled). Unsold/wasted units keep their full cost and time — they are not written off.
Calls: Grow / make more = at/above target $/hr and at/above sell-through. Busy trap — reprice or streamline = below target $/hr but sells well. Shift channel or pre-sell = at/above target $/hr but doesn't sell through. Make less or drop = below on both. The call always says which hour measure it used.
| Product | Kind | Varieties / notes | Channel | Units made | Units sold | Price / unit ($) | Direct costs ($) | Owner hours | Helper / other hours | Unsold: what happens? |

Mixed-bouquet hybrid rule (Oct 29 decision): straight bunches and wholesale = exact varieties. Mixed market bouquets = count only — count bouquets, not stems inside them. The “Varieties / notes” field for a mixed row is information only and does not change the math. Unit words follow the kind: straight = bunches, wholesale = stems, mixed = bouquets.
| Channel | Channel costs ($) | Channel owner hours | Channel helper / other hours |

Unsold rule (Oct 29 decision): there is no default. Pick back to cooler, donated, or compost for every row that has unsold units, every market day. A row with unsold units and no choice shows a warning — the math still counts the unsold units' full cost and time.
